Absolutely great Okinawa cuisine. From strong alcohol (30, 43 and 60 degrees) made from rice, to delicious pork ear salad, sea weed salad, fried fish and many others. I was surprised to discover that pork and strong awamori spirits are popular in Okinawa, much like Romania. In the photo is umi budo, sea grapes, that is the most delicious seaweeds l ever ate.
